What is the nutritional information?

I am thrilled I found this recipe at the start of fall and football season. I always order gnocchi soup at Olive Garden with my endless salad and breadsticks. I am glad this is an easy recipe I can manage. I am looking forward to making it next weekend. Looking forward to my own soup and salad!

I wouldn't even need any crusty bread or croutons for this one. The potato dumplings in this soup are very filling and hearty on their own. I used to avoid recipes using gnocchi, since I am aware that they are quite labor intensive to make and I don't have the time or patience. Now that decent store bought gnocchi is becoming more readily available, I have been using it more and more in my cooking. This soup is a particularly rich and delicious recipe to try it in.
