I love the surprisingly golden color of this soup from using those yellow cherry tomatoes! I have a plethora of different colored tomatoes in my garden, as well as fresh basil, and have been looking for more ideas for how to use them up. I've been doing salsas, canning pasta sauces, and making bruschetta a lot lately, (when you have a countertop full of 15 pounds of tomatoes you have to act fast!) and I plan to try this pretty soup next!
