Yummy! I love pecans. They are an expensive item to purchase and when you find them all gussied up with flavors they are even more expensive. Here is a way to cut out the middle man a little bit. I will have to give the candied cinnamon pecan recipe a try.

This is an easy recipe and I know it will make a great snack. I'll make enough to wrap some up to give as gifts and keep some for my family. I hope these smell as good as the pecans the vendors sell at fairs. Those pecans are so expensive, but once you sample them, they've got you. They are delicious!

Slow Cooker Candied Cinnamon Pecans just for the holidays, nope. This is something I have to try. We kinda have a nut fetish in our house and we love all kinds of nuts. This sounds amazing. After I use pecans in the first recipe attempt I think I'll try different nuts, maybe a mix.

Who knew that you could make something like this in the slow cooker! It is such a unique and delicious recipe, and it brings back childhood memories of holidays gone by. Using the frothy egg whites as a base for the sweet cinnamon coating is such a great idea, so all the sweet stuff doesn't run off the nuts and pool at the bottom of the slow cooker. These would be a great thing to top a cake with, and if you crushed these up you could have a sweet, crumbly, nutty topping for your muffins or coffee cake. Great recipe!
