Savory Maple Meatballs
This recipe for Savory Maple Meatballs is not one of your ordinary slow cooker frozen meatball appetizer recipes. It combines ground beef, with maple syrup, dried chives, chili sauce, soy sauce and more. These meatballs are also great holiday fare!

Ingredients
- 3 pounds 3 lbs Casa Di Bertacchi Italian Meatballs, frozen (1/2 of the 6 lbs bag or about 75 meatballs)
- 1 1/2 cup real maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons dried chives
- 1 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon ground mustard
Instructions
- Pour frozen meatballs into a slow cooker.
- Whisk together maple syrup, chives, chili sauce, soy sauce and ground mustard.
- Pour mixture over meatballs.
- Cook meatballs on high for 4 1/2 hours or on low for 5 1/2 hours.

This is one of those meatball dishes that you can just make over and over without getting tired of eating it. I think that you could use this one over rice and make an entire meal if you like because it has all the classic Asian flavors you would find in a stir-fry dish. Love it!
