I have never used lemongrass. What is is like? Is there another veggie or ingredient that has a similar flavor? I want to make these ribs because I very rarely try to make dishes that I am not familiar with, but I am so tempted to make these because they sound so simple to do. My favorite part has to be the honey, garlic glaze you make with the ribs.
