Slow Cooker Korean Beef is a take on the ever popular Korean Ground Beef I’m sure you all have seen all over Pinterest for years. Is lite soy sauce the same as low sodium soy sauce? I love the use of green onions in this recipe. I know they are mainly for garnishing, but they are so tasty and really add a spicy note at the end of the bite. I also like that you chose to use brown sugar to sweeten up the dish some.

Hi SissieSass, lite soy sauce is actually a bit different than low sodium soy sauce, but you could use it if you can't find the lite version. - Natalie, Editor of AllFreeSlowCookerRecipes
