Do you ever add the worceteshire to the meat, or do you just use it in the glaze? I think it works excellent as a marinade for the meat while you are getting it ready, or just to give some flavor to the meat itself. I love the idea of using it in the glaze, but I am thinking it would add another flavor layer if you put it in the meat too.
