I am out of rice wine vinegar, but I have everything else on this list. Is there something else I can use in place of the rice wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar maybe? I love that you used ginger in this recipe. I just bought a new bottle, and have been looking for recipes to use it in.

This looks really goodI will be giving it a try. I might cut back the honey to 1/3 cup as 1/2 cup is quite a lot. This would be nice served on whole wheat rice or quinoa. I might cook a couple of bell peppers for a side.
