When my husband and I decide to get Chinese takeout, it seems the only thing we can ever agree upon is the cashew chicken! I can't wait to surprise him and have this waiting in the crock pot for him when he gets home from work! It takes less time to pan fry the chicken and dump everything in the pot than it does to drive to the Chinese place and back!
