I want to try this. I am curious if anyone knows of a cutlet rather than a nugget brand to look for. I think that would make a big difference in presentation and hopefully crispy. Im going to try this for when we are busy with cookies.

I have made chicken Parmesan many times, but never in the slow cooker. I make mine in the oven and like to get the chicken quite crispy. I wonder if the chicken gets really soggy in the slow cooker? In any case, this dish looks delicious.
