I agree with km cartoonity. It is hard to tell from the picture what stage of cooking the chicken is at. What should the finished product look like? Should the sauce in pot be discarded or served with the chicken. I have never made chicken like this and it certainly does sound intriguing!

The picture shown does not look particularly appetizing - was the photo taken before cooking? It looks underdone or raw.
