I did not know you cold put a loaf pan in a crock pot to cook. Or am I reading this wrong. This Almond Streusel Cake looks wonderful. I have had it somewhere before and remember it being good and I will be making this for sure. This is a great recipe to make for a girl day or get together or brunch with the girls or mid morning book club with a cup of coffee or tea. So quick and easy to make. Put in crock pot at night and set timer to start cooking and in the morning you will wake up toone of the most amazing smells. Great recipe.

Looks very good. Question, though. The directions say to pour into a loaf pan but the photo is a wedge slice.
