Slow Cooker Hazelnut Hot Chocolate will deliver that delicious nutty chocolate flavor you desire while permeating your body with the warmth you crave. This hot chocolate is very rich, but not too sweet. If you are not a fan of hazelnut you can add other extracts, including vanilla.
