Oh my, you are making my mouth water with this recipe. I love that you combine dry mustard, maple syrup, and honey in this dish. I think that the three must make a really super flavor for the ribs. Do you prefer to use regular or dijon mustard for this dish? I think both would add a nice tang to the ribs, but I imagine I would like the dijon mustard better.
