I do not have a blender right now, mine broke. Can I use the strained servings of the juice and use it along with a thickening slurry with cornstarch and water to make the gravy? I like that you use the thicker pork chops to give the meal some substance. I have hungry eaters at my house.

I am in love with this recipe already. Even the lima beans pictured in the photo make it look like some serious comfort food. I love how it is an all day recipe. I am a huge fan of the house smelling like home cooking all day. I am going to try this and try it soon. Thanks for posting this recipe. It is just what the doctor ordered. )
