Philly steaks are such a classic sandwich. I love the flavor of the meat and cheese combined with the green pepper and onion. I like to use a vidalia onion to get the sweetest flavor I can for a bit of sweet and sour philly sandwich. What do you think of using vidalias in this dish?

One of my favorites.. Cannot have beef so I just have mine with cheese. But i can still remember how delicious it tastes.
