When clicking on the link for this recipe, I wasn't brought right to it. You have to scroll all the way down past all the ads and a list of other recipes before you find a box that says click here for the recipe. I love that the rice and shrimp are added last - I've found that adding them first in dishes like this will wash out the fresh shrimp flavor and make it dry, and it shrinks up quite a bit. The ham gives it a great flavor, while being quite a bit lower in fat than sausage.
