I used to steam shrimp in a saucepan using a mixture of water, vinegar, and old bay for the steaming liquid. I thought that was pretty good, until I found this recipe. WOW! that spicy, garlicky butter sauce really kicks things up a notch. You are going to need a lot of napkins, since your hands and face are sure to get sloppy, but you're going to be very pleased!
