Does it come out runnier with the cream corn compared to using the cup of corn? I want to try this recipe out, but I want to make sure that the corn bread is moist without feeling soggy. Anything soggy my daughter will not eat at all. She doesn't even like using butter on toast or cornbread until it gets cold.

Wow! I have got to try this cornbread recipe as soon as possible! I love cornbread so much that I actually love to eat the batter with a spoon. Yikes! I like to add a little bit of chopped jalapeno peppers in there, and even a little bit of shredded cheese. But those are not necessary to enjoy cornbread.
