Wow! This is definitely something I'm going to make with my brand new instant pot. Love using applesauce as a snack, lunch side, etc. Even breakfast.

I am trying to figure out what an Instant Pot is. I think this recipe is European. I thought that must be what they call a crock pot. But in reading through the recipe to the end, there is a vent and a lock on the device. So I am thinking it is actually a pressure cooker. The recipe itself sounds delicious.
