I love that you used a combination of apples for this recipe. Can you notice a huge difference when you make a mix instead of using just one or two kinds? I love applesauce. I can't wait to make this and store it for later too. I would love to give this out to friends too.

My youngest son loves this recipe. When I make this, he is in and out of the kitchen all day to see if its done. The smell travels through the house, and even outside. And nothing beats homemade applesauce. This recipe is definitely a keeper that I would recommend to anyone who loves applesauce.
