Does it make a difference using sour cream and cream cheese, or can you use double of one or the other? I love mashed potatoes. I think my kids will love me making these in the crock pot just to make them a little different. I like that you use the chicken bouillon cubes. I know it gives the potatoes a nice flavor. I like to use the cubes in my potatoes when I boil them on the stove.
