Have to try this chicken soup. I might pick up a rotisserie chicken to use. I like food with a little heat but not too hot. I only make a traditional chicken noodle soup, so I like the idea of changing things up. It does look like a hearty soup. I think I might make jalapeno corn muffins to serve with it.
