Mexican Nacho Dip
This Mexican Nacho Dip is the perfect party snack for any holiday or gathering. Ground beef is smothered in cheese and tomatoes. A jalapeno and chili powder give this slow cooker dip recipe a little kick. For added spice, you can use more than one jalapeno. The cans of nacho cheese really make this dish creamy and cheesy. Top your sow cooker appetizer with shredded cheese, sour cream, or both. This dish goes great with tortilla chips or it can also be used for a spread with burritos.

Cumin is just one of those rich, earthy flavors that you have to love, right? I think it goes so well in beef recipes. I use it in spaghetti and everything. I like that you put jalapeno in this dish. I love the spicy kick in Mexican dishes because it always clears my head.
