This spicy sausage and beer cheesy dip would be great served with a hot, fresh crusty artisan bread loaf. I like that it cooks in two hours so I can pop everything in the slow cooker a couple hours before guests arrive and I can get busy decorating. I think I can put a layer of a couple paper towels across the top of the crock before i put on the lid and it will absorb the condensation.
