I love the way this recipe sounds. What does the consistency come out like when it is finished? I was wondering if it was like a sour cream dip you buy at the store or more like a cheese sauce, or something else altogether. I know to get the consistency the way she wanted it, my mom would use 1/2 ricotta and 1/2 cottage cheese in her recipes. It sounds divine!

Wow! Just five measly ingredients and 5 measly minutes of your time for prep, plus 2 two hours in your slow cooker= a fantastic dip sure to please any tailgating crowd. This one is different. It's a white cheese dip. You don't usually see that. You can add an Italian loaf, crostini, or those crunchy breadsticks for dipping. You can really make this on the cheap!
