Does it matter what Italian dressing brand I use, or will any brand work in this recipe? Also, have you tried the smoked provolone in this dish? I love the additional flavor the smoked version has compared to the regular version. It just adds a depth of richness that you do not get with the nonsmoked version.

These look sooo good! When we order cheesesteak sandwiches at a restaurant we never know if they'll be any good and we're looking at six-seven dollars a sandwich. These will be easy and feed all of us. Sounds like a meal on a football Sunday!
