Do you think that the minced garlic measurement would be the same if I used fresh garlic? I do not have any jarred garlic on hand. I love that you chose the ingredients you did like the worcestershire sauce because it makes the dish much richer and tastier all the way around.

My mom makes a really great brisket. It's one of my favorite things to eat on Passover. The recipe is from a family friend, but maybe we can mix things up and try this version next year.
