I have to say that I have never heard of anyone using roast and short ribs in the same recipe unless they were barbecuing on the grill all day and night. Is there a reason you chose to use both cuts of meat instead of more of one or the other? I have to leave out the avocados, my daughter is allergic, but I love the rest of the ingredients that you chose for this dish.
