Creamy cheesy hashbrown casseroles are good for dinners or hearty breakfasts. I would use ham or pork sausage, but I'm not seeing chicken or turkey with it. I guess I'm just thinking of it as more of a breakfast recipe. I could see having a brunch with this recipe and offering fruit and oatmeal and some muffins.

This sounds like it will be a great recipe to make for church dinners and pot lucks, as well as making a quick and easy family dinner. Does anyone else think it would be good with chicken or leftover turkey? I'm thinking of also taking the suggestion to try it for breakfast.
