This is a really easy and tasty slow cooker meal, but I do find that the Hidden Valley Ranch dressing packets have too much salt for my taste, as well as my health! When I make this, I make sure that I use low sodium chicken broth cubes, and low sodium cream of chicken soup. You can also substitute low sodium cream of mushroom soup if you don't have the chicken soup on hand.
