What is the difference between black soy sauce and regular soy sauce? I have never heard of the black soy sauce. I like that you chose to use fresh ginger in this recipe. I was surprised at the use of peanut butter, but I know that it is a staple in many Asian recipes.

Holy cow these are good! Made with simple fresh ingredients, I think I like these much better than any egg roll I've had foe takeout! And the beauty of it is that you can fry up a big batch of these and store them in your freezer - then you have a delicious appetizer or side dish you can just pop in the oven on a busy weeknight!
