I love baked beans but have always bought the canned. I remember my mother doctoring the baked beans when we would have them for cookouts. Looking back at what she did to the canned beans sounds a lot like this recipe! I am definitely going to try this especially the next time I make a brisket.

These beans look so good! I usually associate baked beans with summer picnics, but I like to make them year round. My baked beans are so delicious, my family requests them for birthday get togethers.
