I think I really want to try this for myself and my family this Thanksgiving! I have a family recipe for stuffing that is the standard...but I am willing to try something new and different this year. Who knows? It may end up replacing the current recipe! What is awesome is the fact that this is cooked for 3-4 hours in my slow cooker, versus in a casserole in my oven! I love the slow cook and carry idea. THis dish sounds wonderful.
