I would love to give this one a try! We already have my mom's traditional stuffing, and this would be a great addition to the side dish choices. It is both sweet and savory at the same time. I have seen sausage added, cranberry added, even raisins. But how about that traditional sweet potato? Never thought of that! You will have to saute the veg in butter first, then add chicken stock, then add the bread stuffing mix before transferring the whole thing into your crock!
