Do you have a preference on the style of diced tomatoes that you use in this dish? Some people like the garlic and basil tomatoes while others just use the plain diced tomatoes in their dish. I am pleasantly surprised at the use of cheddar cheese instead of mozzarella. We often use red peppers instead of green because of how sweet they are. Do you use any other color other than the green in this dish?
