Could I use a sirloin roast instead of the ground sirloin to give the chili a heartier appeal? I love that you chose to use pumpkin, it is a unique ingredient that many do not choose to use in meat recipes. I have no clue when the last time I heard chili and pumpkin in the same sentence.
