Slow Cooker Roast with Creamy Mushroom Gravy
Slow Cooker Roast with Creamy Mushroom Gravy is an easy slow cooker beef and mushrooms recipe that's perfect for a Sunday meal or a weeknight delight. It's easy to prepare, as it incorporates canned soups and pre-made seasoning. Canned French onion soup gives the gravy a rich and savory flavor, while canned cream of mushroom soup makes it rich and creamy. Turn this slow cooker beef in mushroom gravy sauce into a one-pot sensation by adding pearl onions, carrots, and even potatoes. Or, serve up some tasty mashed potatoes on the side and top them with gravy from the roast.

Do you think cream of celery soup would go good in this dish instead of cream of mushroom? I want to make this recipe, but I can't have the mushrooms. I like that you used potatoes, carrots, and onions in this mix because it is such a classic favorite. The French onion soup is an awesome addition that I plan to use in several of my dishes because it will give them such a rich flavor.

Hi SissieSass, yes I think cream of celery would work fine in this recipe. - Natalie, Editor of AllFreeSlowCookerRecipes
