I like to use these ingredients and method for cooking just about any type of fish. Salmon works especially well, and I have also tried it with orange roughy and tilapia filets. The slow cooker is great as opposed to other methods of cooking fish. You don't have to worry about the fish sticking to the bottom of a skillet or breaking apart and falling into the grill grate.
